Admissions at BVMi are open from Pre- Primary (Pre- KG, LKG, UKG ) to Grade 9 for the academic session 2019- 2020. Parents are welcome to visit with prior appointment to have an informal discussion with us. We would be happy to connect with you for inquiries regarding admissions.

Age Criteria for Admissions:

• For admission to Pre- Primary 1 (Pre- KG), a child should be at least 3 years as on 1st June, 2019. The child should have been born before 31st May 2016.
• Admissions to Pre- Primary 2 (LKG) - a child should be at least 4 years old as on 1st June, 2019. The child should have been born before 31st May 2015.
• Admission to Pre- Primary 3 (UKG)- a child should be at least 5 years old as on 1st June, 2019. The child should have been born before 31st May 2014.
• For admissions to Grade 1 to 9, the child should have passed the previous class from a recognized school affiliated to the national or International boards.

To initiate the admission process, kindly follow these steps:

• For admission to Pre- Primary 1,2,3 – The child will be given sensorial, tactile and Kinesthetic activities.
• For Admission to Grade 1 & 2 - The child will do a reading and logical activity.
• For Admission to Grade 3 to 9 - The child will take a placement test in Maths and English.

The purpose of these placement tests is to help our academic staff understand the requirements for your child.

Fill in the admission form and submit:

• Copies of past scholastic record of at least 2 years ( if applicable).
• 5 recent passport size photographs of the student with the name of the child written behind each photograph.
• 1 recent coloured passport size photograph of each parent and the name and relationship written behind each photograph.
• Copy of the birth certificate.
• Copy of immunization card.
• Copy of passport ( for foreign nationals)

It is important that parents share the correct information of the child ( information regarding academics or social or emotional behaviour ) in order to help us understand your child better.
